Integrate the In-Balance program with your present orthopedic and neurologically involved patients.
In- Balance is the essential assessment and exercise management program for chronic pelvic, low back and sacroiliac pain. It is a research-based, non-invasive management system that is easy to follow and client centered. This course includes types and characteristics of chronic pelvic, SI and low back pain. Assessment includes analysis of motor control within the transverse abdominus, multifidus and pelvic rotator cuff muscle systems; neuromuscular control through the autonomic nervous system; and the impact of pelvic organ descent and function on chronic pelvic and back pain. Management and treatment includes neuromuscular and therapeutic exercise techniques for reversing muscle imbalance, inversion for realignment of internal descent, and A.N.S. rebalancing for optimal function of the muscle systems involved. Care Kit included.
